About the Role:
As a Financial Operations Analyst at BharatNXT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in Excel and data analysis, and a keen interest in developing expertise in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Assist in handling transaction reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze financial data, identify trends, and highlight potential irregularities.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Collaborate in reconciling bank deposits and payments to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Payout Management: Support the team in managing payouts and handling multiple third-party relations.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform regular financial analysis to contribute to decision-making processes and resolve financial issues.
  • Budget Planning: Assist in the development and planning of financial budgets to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and support as needed.

Basic Requirements:
  • Any Graduates or Post Graduates in the field of commerce.
  • Experience required: 1-2 years of experience in the Finance & Accounts.
  • Highly organized
  • Detail-oriented
  • Math skills or a background in finance
  • A love of data and driving business outcomes with it
  • Experience working with FinOps preferred but not mandatory
