About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Channel Sales Head for Western India to spearhead the expansion of BharatNXT's payment services through a robust network of distributors and dealers. Responsible for app downloads and overall acquiring of customers through diversified business channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving app downloads and customer acquisition within diverse business channels. This is a key position in developing and nurturing relationships with channel partners and ensuring that BharatNXT services are accessible extensively across the length and breadth of the region.


Key Responsibilities:


1.     Channel Development

a.     Drive downloads and adoption of the BharatNXT App in the dealer and distributor networks.

b.    Use traditional sales channels to assist in customer acquisition.

c.     Build and maintain channel partnership to drive sales with the distributors and dealers.

d.    Mobilize and enable the channel partners to download the app and make payments through the BharatNXT platform


2.     Market Analysis:

a.     Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

b.    Identify potential opportunities and capitalize on them for territory growth.


3.     Sales Planning and Monitoring:

a.     Formulate right sales forecast and provide frequency performance reporting i.e., revenues, sales pipeline, and KPIs.


4.     Channel Expansion:

a.     Identification and onboarding of new channel partners across existing and untapped geographies.


Candidate Profile:

  • The candidate must have vast experience in the field of channel sales of diversified business categories, 10-15 years’ experience in Western Indian market is a must.
  • Track record of proven sales in meeting and exceeding set targets. Ability to motivate and energize channel partners toward driving downloads and active usage of BharatNXT payment services.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting and reporting skills. Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • This role will contribute effectively to the growth strategy of BharatNXT in Western India and is a perfect opportunity for a well-experienced channel sales professional to create a remarkable impact.
