BharatNXT bridges these gaps with on-demand financing options, streamlining payments (vendors, rent, taxes, utilities, etc.) and offering credit management tools to empower these businesses to seize opportunities and grow. Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or a related field)
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign management, content creation, and brand strategy.
  • Good understanding of digital and social media marketing, content strategy, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and external partners
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth fintech environment.
  • Enthusiastic about taking ownership and willing to take initiative to meet team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution of tasks.
  • Support in conducting research on fintech industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviors to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to manage creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Support in managing allocation and disbursal of rewards programmes, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Oversee and manage social media accounts, including content creation.
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral, adhering to branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
